  • Insight Partners Coaching Sessions are grounded in theory developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project and interpreted by our many years of collective experience in the classroom and in the field. Whether one-on-one or in small groups, our coaching clients experience a highly customized combination of specific advice, practical tools, drills, and role playing, as appropriate. In consultation with the participant, coaches quickly tailor the purpose of each 60 minute session to meet each participant's needs, from on-going skill-building to solving specific immediate real world problems.
