Andrew Lewis provides advisory services in negotiation and relationship management, helping clients build individual and organizational expertise in negotiating and managing critical relationships with customers, suppliers and alliance partners. Mr. Lewis focuses on sales and relationship management challenges in financial services, professional services, outsourcing and procurement. Mr. Lewis has held positions in change management and organizational learning at Goldman Sachs, where he was project manager for a major internal reorganization of some of the firm’s back office functions. He later took on responsibility for the design and delivery of management training programs, focusing on negotiation and conflict resolution. Prior to this, Mr. Lewis consulted at a boutique firm on the human capital aspects of large change initiatives, including reorganizations and post-merger integrations. Mr. Lewis is a dual British/American citizen who has lived in Belgium, France, Spain, the UK and the US. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
