Everett Berger is an independent consultant specializing in delivering leadership development programs and coaching executives across the globe. He uses his mastery of interactive facilitation styles to engage a broad range of management levels including new managers and senior leaders. During an extensive career with Merrill Lynch, Mr. Berger served as an executive coach and delivered programs to leaders in the Americas, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. As a member of the Merrill Lynch University faculty, he was responsible for leadership development and talent management. He also held management positions in Leadership & Talent Development, and in the areas of marketing, business development, eCommerce, sales and operations. As Vice President, Director of Global Leadership Development, Mr. Berger implemented the firm’s first cross-business leadership development programs which partnered with top business schools and world-class suppliers to successfully implement highly customized learning programs for high-potential leaders. He served as Head of Leadership Development & Talent Management for Merrill Lynch’s Asia Pacific region where his internal clients included Wealth Management, Global Markets & Trading, Investment Banking, ML Investment Managers and support functions. With the acquisition of Merrill Lynch by Bank of America, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Leadership & Professional Development where he supported the Global Technology & Operations group – 100,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Berger is a graduate of the University of Delaware and resides in Princeton, New Jersey.
