Our approach to conflict management is based on ideas developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project and outlined in the best-selling books Getting to Yes (Fisher and Ury, 1981) and Difficult Conversations (Stone, Heen, and Patton, 1999). For more than a decade, our consultants have worked with the Harvard Negotiation Project and affiliated consulting firms to develop leading theory and advice on conflict management. We believe good substantive results do not need to come at the expense of strong working relationships.
